International Math Challenge V Competition Results

On 17–18 November 2015, St. Mark’s International School hosted 21 students to compete in the International Math Challenge V held at Pan-Asia International School. The aim of the competition is to encourage students to study and excel in mathematics and critical thinking skills, particularly in the more advanced mathematical problem-solving. This year, 35 schools from Thailand and overseas participated.

St. Mark’s is pleased to announce that our students have won 14 medals on their individual student achievements across the grades from Year 3 to Year 7, which is a remarkable achievement, considering the highly competitive nature of this competition. Furthermore, in the team competition of the Year 7 finals, Jordan, Thananchai and Andrea, won second place overall among all of the participating schools.  School faculty and administration would like to congratulate each one on their fine performance! Many thanks to our teachers and those who were involved for their effort and dedication towards our students’ achievement.
